Phillip Tigner was born Feburary 26, 1674 in Northumberland County, Virginia to William and Katherine Tigner.He married Mary Sarah Dennis, September 25, 1699 in Northumberland County, Virginia and six children were born of this marriage. Phillip was appointed Constable for lower St. Stephen's county, May 18, 1698. He died before April, 1716 in Northumberland County, Virginia. His place of burial is not known.
